Soldering a flash chip in system can be a challenging, time consuming, and dangerous endavor for those without extensive soldering experience. Purchase this adapter kit and forget about soldering your wires to your flash chip, this kit includes everything you need to make a quick solder-free connection from your Blackcat USB to your SPI powered cable modem. This kit is designed for devices which use SO-16 type SPI Flash chips including the Motorola SB6120, Motorola SBV6220 Ambit/Ubee 3000, and the Cisco DPC3000. Just quickly connect the wires from the included adapter to your Blackcat USB SPI programmer, and clip the adapter on to your flash chip. The entire process takes under 5 minutes, and is a safe alternative to soldering jumper wires to your device's motherboard.
